Rehabilitated the roof of a residence located within the Mill Creek Historic District. Additional work is ongoing as Michael D’Onofrio, Inc. is currently installing a vegetated green roof system—one of the first of its kind in Lower Merion—and a compatible slate A-frame roof addition. All renovations conform to the strict preservation standards enforced by the Lower Merion Historical Commission.
